FAQ
Reservations for Specific Rooms: Booked on availability and can only be guaranteed if the reservation is for 5 or more nights.
Deposit Policy: A one night deposit is required to guaruntee your reservation. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Vacation week/holiday reservations require a 50% deposit. For Golf School reservations, a 50% deposit is due at time of booking. Golf School reservations are non-refundable.
Cancellation: If a reservation is confirmed by deposit is canceled at least 72 hours prior to arrival (30 days prior for holiday/vacation week reservations and wedding reservations), the canceling party will recieve a full refund less a $75 per room processing fee. There are no refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

Check out Time: 11am
Dogs: Are allowed in some accomodations at a $50 charge per dog. Dogs must be supervised at all times. Our reservationists will assist you in securing local boarding or a pet sitter when making reservations. Pets other than dogs are not allowed.
Facility Fee: $25 per room per night.
A 9% Maine State Tax is added to all reservations.
The Bethel Resort & Suites will not collect, use, or disclose a guest’s personal information for any other purpose than those identified in the following paragraphs, except with the guest’s consent, and will protect the guest’s personal information with appropriate security safeguards, and will take appropriate steps to protect the confidentiality of the guest’s personal information when dealing with third parties, and will strive to keep the guest’s personal information as accurate and up-to-date as is necessary for the purposes identified below.
The Bethel Resort & Suites collects personally identifiable information such as a guest’s name, postal address, e-mail address, and telephone number, gender, age, number of children, and personal interests, IP addresses, credit card information, the type of services or products ordered or purchased, and the date of the order or purchase. The Bethel Resort & Suites collects this personal information when a guest registers on, logs on, or visits our website.
The Bethel Resort & Suites may use a guest’s personal information to send the guest promotional materials about goods and services (including special offers and promotions) offered The Bethel Resort & Suites. (The Bethel Resort & Suites will not share your e-mail address with third parties for promotional purposes, except by permission.)
The Bethel Resort & Suites promotional materials may accompany delivery of products or services specifically ordered by the guest. Promotional materials may be sent to a guest by postal mail, e-mail or other means. A guest may opt in or out of receiving these communications.
